Step 1:
Request Assessment and Schedule for Delivery
-Please send an email to braxton@biosys.life to schedule your delivery of sample(s) as well as what type of sample it is and how many samples you are sending.

If you are unsure of how many samples to send. Please contact us and we will help determine the best outcome.
Once we receive your request, we will send you an email to schedule a delivery for your sample and an invoice for payment
Step 2:
Collect Your Sample Be sure to collect the sample the same day as you are planning on shipping the sample(s)due to the fact that we are wanting the most accurate results from living organisms and time is of the essence. Please click the "Sample Collection Protocol" button below to get a more detailed description of collecting a sample.
Step 3: Mail - In your Sample
Since we are handling active biology it is best for the sample to not be jostled, shaken too much and broken up to keep the biology alive and intact for a proper reading. Next day delivery to the door is optimal but a 2 to 3 day delivery is acceptable . Please let us know the tracking number once you have shipped the sample.

Step 4:
Receive Your Results
Once we have received your sample(s), we will email you an attached document of the report(s) within 2 days.
We will also be available for 20 minute follow up phone call for any questions, thoughts or suggestions on your report(s)
